Lunar Resources is seeking a Proposal Specialist responsible for the production of Lunar Resources' bids for competitive business opportunities. In this role, you’ll prepare proposals that describe the features and benefits of Lunar Resources' constantly evolving technologies. You’ll produce and edit proposals, business development documents, and support presentation development. You’ll also be responsible for the creation of clear, visually persuasive graphics and for the timely delivery of a clean, error-free final product.
The position requires the energy, initiative, flexibility, and dependability to produce documents that reflect Lunar Resources' cutting-edge technologies and capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write proposals for government and commercial requests for proposals.
- Produce business development and marketing graphics.
- Identify, track, and evaluate relevant opportunities across a wide range of Government agencies.
- Produce business development presentations.
- Serve as the programmatic lead on proposal efforts, from the release of a request for information to the submission of a proposal.
- Perform business and financial analysis to support the pricing of bids and products.
- Perform market analysis to support prioritizing of Lunar Resources technologies development and applications.
- Identify and obtain all internal and external resources required to complete complex proposal and bid efforts successfully.
- Coordinate bid strategy with the Lunar Resources executives.
- Generate and manage the proposal's master schedule and regularly report modifications.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years of professional work experience
- 2+ years of experience working on government proposals
- Experience in technical proposal writing
- Experience in partnership and business development
- Demonstrated technical project management skills
- Body of work demonstrating exceptional writing skills
- Demonstrable experience responding to solicitations with highly technical requirements
